I initially contacted Faithful Spark after researching local electricians and finding countless positive reviews for the company. Steven and his colleagues are well organised, competent and a pleasure to deal with. During the EV charger and consumer unit installation we encountered several issues with my old, failing electricity supply and internal wiring. He has helped me negotiate the frustrating bureaucracy involved in arranging a new mains supply and it's reassuring to know he's always on hand to provide advice if required.

Upgraded my consumer unit and connected new boiler. Super helpful from first point of contact, very knowledgeable and friendly. Arrived on time, great work carried out with a price I was very happy with, what more could you want?. Highly recommend and will use again in the future.

Replaced 2 lighting pendants downstairs for us and has previously added some extra sockets into our kitchen.
